Report the matter to police, RBI and bank ombudsman reporting fraudulent and illegal act. Consult a competent lawyer.

File a police complaint and cybercrime report with all proof. Also email RBI and lodge a grievance.

As you didn't apply for loan & just installed the creditinsight loan application and leaves it they didn't give any information and transferred money and asking do payment within a week of time & you did the payment but it still showing you  unpaid then immediately send them a legal notice to safeguard your interest otherwise they will keep you harassing by calling you for payments & unofficial recovery. You will have a strong point to defend incase they go for legal recovery of dues

Dear client,

Based on the question and the details provided it is possible that you may have filed a loan application by mistake and the same was approved. Therefore, kindly contact the helpline number of the application and inform them of the mistake or if you choose to continue ask them fix the issue by providing them the payment proof alone. Further, if they refuse to take action, file a case with the consumer forum against the application on the grounds of deficiency of service.

Feel free to contact us for further discussions.

Dear Sir, Get issue a strong legal notice. Inspite of that if they proceed to file any case then you have to defend yourself. Normally, they never go to the Courts they simply take a chance by contacting you through various notes. You are not supposed to respond to them.
