► Hi, There is a public ecourt record (drink and drive.) under my name which has a small spacing error in the respondent name. So what happens with these errors: 1. Does court automatically correct these mistakes in review? 2. I need to ask for the correction, otherwise no change happens to the record? What is the procedure

Dear Sir, as per your query,

The court system does not automatically correct them during review. Once an order or proceeding is entered into the record, it remains as it is unless someone points out the error.

If you want the record corrected (especially because such records can be searched online by name), you must apply for correction to the same court. Otherwise, the mistake will remain.
