Through a family lawyer, you can send a legal notice to your husband stating that:
You are willing to live with him at the matrimonial home. He and his family forced you out of the house without reason.
If your husband still refuses to take you back, you can file a petition in the Family Court under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act asking the court to direct him to live with you again. If you don’t want to go back unless they change their behaviour:
You can file for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC or Section 20 of the Domestic Violence Act, to get monthly financial support from your husband.
