► My husband bribed the police,advocate whom I hired and dv cell legal counsellor and did lots of manipulations in the case. by getting bribed by my husband lawyer and dv cell counsellor didn't file Mc and dv cases for around an year and he sold all his properties in that mean time. I am jobless and my 5 yr old kid is suffering from mental health illness called autism since birth.will I get any justice for me and my kid.Till now I didn't hire any other lawyer and my husband filed quash petition in 498a case now.what should I do now.plz advise how to proceed

You need to consult an advocate immediately to file your DV case and maintenance case.
Also he needs to oppose the quashing application heavily.

Engage a competent lawyer and contest the petition for quashing in High Court. Also under guidance proceed legally against husband for the rights and maintenance etc. for yourself and your child.
