► I and my mother were members of a kudumbashree group ( intiative by govt for promoting women empowerment) .This group was alloted 20 lakh loan from canara bank . As my mother was the secretary of that group she took loan money of another 5 members who didn't need that loan money with their permission for settling debts .After completion of loan repayment period the loan amt was due for payment of Rs 10 lakh .now my mother and other members of the group filed police compliant against me to make me sign the promissory note containing the responsibility of paying due amount of loan claiming that my mother had taken the money to settle my debts . I am financially very unstable. i have so many physical problems and personal problems and don't having any job any property.my relationship with my husband is also not that good .what should I do now ? I need some legal advice on this matter
