Hello,
Despite being divorced, you still have rights of custody.
You can file a case for child custody with an interim prayer of visitation rights which will be allowed. Thereafter you can always fight for the custody ship of the child.

You can file custody case claiming custody of child under Guardianship & Wards Act.
