We will also do video recording and my daughter who is eighteen year old will be my witness. Please suggest if I should take care of anything else . Also it is streedhan and there are no bills of these jewellery

Yes this is a standard procedure which is done.
However, you should also make a memorandum of settlement / MOU which shall be signed by both parties and the same can be used as evidence before a court of law in case of any discrepencies.
