► On 09.10.2011 at about 09.00AM, the deceased
Ramulamma from her village Rankini, went to her parental village
Banjeerupeta of Saravakota mandal to collect pension. On return
journey, she boarded the accident auto bearing No. AP ** U **** at
All Andhra road junction, Pathapatnam and at about 03.30PM, when
the auto reached near the place of accident i.e., Mahendra Degree
college, Pathapatnam, 1st respondent being the driver of the said
accident auto drove the same in a rash and negligent manner at high
speed and the front wheel of the auto was punctured and the auto was
turned turtle.
She have to boy children. Father also died before 2007. The children has no guardians.
The case was filed on 2016 and disposed is 2018 . But the compensation amount didn't received from insurance companies or courts.
What can I do know. Tell me please 🙏🙏🙏
