► I have hired a photographer for my wedding & reception. He & his team visited both the functions shoot & take images & videos, but he has only delivered still photos, not the video. Initially, he made excuses, but now, according to him, his memory has been corrupted, and the videos are no longer available. It has been a year.

1. Delivery of the video within a fixed period (if still recoverable),

2. Refund of the videography portion of the fee
