Hello,

Though you can file a cyber crime case, lodge FIR and take a legal shield. However, it secures your breach of privacy only and nothing more.

The evidence procured by your spouse is electronic evidence which is admissible in a court of law by following due formalities.

He has a high hand when he already has evidences which prove that you have actually spoken ill about him to a third person. He can also file a case for Defamation against you if he so wishes with the evidences he has.

You can contact me through OLQ to discuss further about your matter.

Yes, he can use but such evidences have to complied with several formalities. He also has to disclose the source. The act of your husband is illegal and is invasion to your privacy.

Dear Sir,

Filing a Complaint: You can file a complaint (FIR) with the Cyber Crime Cell against your spouse for hacking your Instagram account and accessing your private communications.

Impact on Case: Filing a criminal complaint for hacking provides you with a significant legal shield. It establishes that the evidence your spouse intends to produce was the fruit of a crime, seriously undermining its credibility and increasing the likelihood of the court rejecting it.
