► Met a boy on Jeevansathi, verified everything and asked all the possible problem that would arise in future, like me staying in another state after marriage for 2 years due to job,nd both being different brahmins. He said everything will be manageable and to trust him. He used to talk for hours on call,vc,text daily and gave so many hopes and promises.2 months later came to meet me, he constantly gave promise of marriage and that he will soon introduce his family just after going. He showed so much love. But before his last day of visit he repeatedly asked for physical relation which i was hesitant before as I never had any relation but he talked about trust and how he already consider his wife so at last i gave in. Later somwhow i got to know tbat 6 days after going back he created his profile again and talking to other girls about marriage asking for meeting. And now I think he has done that multiple times as he had been on the app for quiet a time. What can I do as I wanted to be physically involved witj my husband only.

Hello,

Madam,

In such a case, you can directly file a FIR before the concerned police station involving sections of cyber crime.

Alternatively, you can also file a private complaint before the court and get summons issued against this man.

For further information on how to proceed you can contact me through OLQ.

Forget the incident and proceed in life. It is not crime if two adults indulge in sex voluntarily.

Dear Madam,

File an FIR: Your lawyer can help you file a First Information Report (FIR) at the local police station (where the act occurred or where you reside/where he met you).

File a Private Complaint: If the police are hesitant to register an FIR, your lawyer can file a private criminal complaint directly before the concerned Magistrate under Section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC)
