► I have a property jointly owned by me n my deceased father. I have sister who live on abroad. I want to sell this property. Is there any to do it without legal heir certificate. I have full support. From my mother n sister. But cannot travel to India anytime soon. Please advise me on further steps

You need to get a special power of attorney in your name by your sister who stays abroad and get the same registered.
Post which you will be able to sell the property.

Dear Sir,
You can take special power of attorney from your sister who is staying abroad and sell the property by signing yourself , your mother and on behalf of your sister .
