Dear Sir,

The date of filing (when the plaint is physically presented to the court and registered) is the crucial date for the purpose of the Limitation Act, not the date the plaintiff signed the document. If the court records show the suit was filed and registered on October 13, 2025, your lawyer has a strong ground to argue that the suit is not maintainable under the Limitation Act.
