► I have give them on monthly rent but after 2 month that person is gone but there machines is still on my property.i have waited for that person for 2 years but still he didnot contect .so if I sell their machines for screp . So that person is came after selling and asking for machine so I have to compensate them or not

Send them a legal notice, if they do not reply your right is established.

You also write in the notice that you are giving them time for

a. Paying arrear rents and

b. taking back possession of the property

In case they do not then you shall file a suit for rent and eviction and also proceed to sell the property and adjust it with balance rent.
