► Partition suits was filled in the year 1982 in Bangalore for the ancestors located in banglore and vellore. High Court of orders injunction in the year 2005,Civil and sessions court allots my share by conducting the enquiry and by report of court commissioner, FDP was passed, which directs the sub-register for registration of schedule property in the year 2023. My on line patta was rejected by zonal tahsildar stating objection by third party and civil suit pending. Writ mandamus from Madras high court directs the Tahsildar to issue the patta within 30 days in the year 2025,which was again rejected stating the govt. circular by land commissioner to the revenue departments not to issue the patta when there is civil suit pending,and I appealed to DRO for the issue , the enquiry was conducted without the presence of DRO or any higher authority through VAO and informed the orders will be passed within 15 days. What should be my next step to secure patta in my name and stop illegal registrations?

You should also file contempt proceedings for violating the High Courts order.
