Dear client,

Simply running a shop on someone’s land for 20 years and having the electricity meter in your name does not make you the legal owner. Even if you paid money long ago, without a registered sale deed, you cannot claim ownership in the eyes of law. Ownership of land can only be proved through proper registration under the Registration Act. However, if you have strong proof of payment and long possession, you may be able to file a civil case for specific performance or adverse possession, depending on the facts. But such cases are complex and need proper legal documents and witness support. It is best to consult a property lawyer immediately to protect your rights.

Dear Sir, You can continue your illegal possession and get permanent injunction against the owner. If the owner files a suit for eviction then you can defend the same saying that you have paid the sale consideration amount and owner of the property by way of adverse possession etc.

Agar aap chahe to Adverse Possession clause me ownership claim k liye case kar sakte hai. Lekin ye pakka advice nahi hai kyo k aapka documents or baki jankari nahi hai.
