Property abhi tak uncle ke naam par hai aur koi will ya agreement nahi hai to sabhi bhaiyon ka barabar haq hai. Chhote bhai ka beta bina sabki permission ke kiraye par nahi rakh sakta. Tenants ke paas agreement nahi hai to unka rehna illegal hai. Agar wo nuisance ya gali-galauj karte hain to aap police station me complaint de sakte ho. Audio video saboot ke sath complaint do aur agar police action nahi leti to SDPO ya Collector ko likhit complaint do. Civil court me partition suit bhi file kar sakte ho.

Send Notice to the erring persons and if required file police complaint also.

Dear client,

Your dad’s brother died, house still in his name, and now his wife also died. All 3 sons have equal share, youngest son alone can’t keep rent or give house to tenants without agreement. If tenants create nuisance, complain to local police with video/audio proof. Also file complaint with Mamlatdar in Goa for property issue. If youngest son’s wife used abusive words, you can give police complaint under IPC. Talk to lawyer for partition or legal notice.

You can file a complaint with the local police station in Goa for nuisance, harassment, and abusive behavior under relevant sections of the IPC. Since the property is still in the deceased’s name and there's no will, it is a joint ancestral property—no one can unilaterally rent it out without consent of all legal heirs.

As we Can send a Legal Notice….As your mother is 83 years old as she is senior citizen the Police will have to take action.
