► My younger brother is married to a girl in Kolkata for more then a decade now. The woman is extremely abusive and insulting to her husband and blatantly cheats on him openly. She blackmails and takes all her husband's money. Now she is using people from social media to harass him with threats of police arrest for false case of domestic violence. My younger wants to come to his hometown to his mother's house for safety . Question is whether such step will put him in legal danger from his wife and will it put his mother at legal danger too. Can the wife come and demand forced entry to cause issues too in her in-laws house if her husband is there?

No. Daughter in law can not have forceful entry in mother in law's house if husband is there. Mother in law can file police complaint if daughter in law even attempt to enter. Brother should take few preventive step to counter his wife. Brother should also file divorce case.
