► My wife loged 498 against me and my family i applied for divorce first now she wants to rejoin I told to take all the cases back but 498 case first hearing is on May 2026 I told to go for quashing but her father saying we will write mou and settle the matter before lok Adalat saying quashing takes 2-3 months time lok Adalat can cancel in 15 - 20 days is it quashing 498 by mutually agreed takes 2-3 months or it can be done in 15 days
