► Myself (48 years old) and my ex husband working in same company. Ours was love marriage. Divorce case was file by him. I requested my in-laws many times to take back case because I have two younger sisters and their marriage will be difficult. They refused and sent me out from house. Then We got separated 10yrs back. After separation he was in relationship with somebody. Now, top officials of our organization are his near and dear. With their support, he is indirectly forcing me for reunion. For which iam not ready. My survival in organization became very miserable. Iam going through mental trauma. Even there are not sanctioning leave also. I'm decided to resign my job. Now, I will not get any new job at this age. My official life is merged with my personal life. There is no choice left for me. Either reunion or leaving job. Both situations are difficult for me. I want lead peaceful life.

You should report the matter against ex-husband and his supporters to HR department of the company and also to police for such harassment.
