► I am 41 years old and have been living in Indore since 2023. My Indore address is mentioned in my Aadhaar card and voter ID. My mother passed away in 1984 due to health issues. After her death, my two brothers and I were taken care of by our uncle and aunty.
My concern is that in all my documents, from the beginning until now, the names of my uncle and aunty are mentioned instead of my biological parents. I now want to change the names to my biological father and biological mother in all my documents.
I would also like to mention that I do not have my birth certificate or my mother’s death certificate.
However, I have two original documents as proof of my biological parentage:
Samgra ID record, in which my name and my biological father’s name are correctly mentioned.
Property transfer document, in which, after my mother’s death, a property was transferred to all three brothers, and my name is clearly mentioned.
My birthplace is Ambah, District Morena, Madhya Pradesh, and I completed my schooling in Ambah. I want to know whether I can file a case in the Indore High Court instead of the Ambah Tehsil Court regarding this matter.
