You should have to be strong in deciding and taking step for betterment of yourself and the child. Report the matter of harassment etc. against husband, file case claiming maintenance, residence etc. You can approach legal aid cell situated in every district court. You should also report the matter to bar association. Take help of lawyer outside the city so as to avoid interference of your husband.
