1. Yeh ek non-registered property thi jo mere dadaji ke naam par thi.
2. Dadaji ki death 2015 me ho gayi, aur us property ka nominee mere papa the, isliye property naturally papa ke naam pe consider hoti hai.
3. 2017 me mere uncle ne ek rent/agreement type ka paper banaya, jisme likha hai ki papa ne uncle se 3 lakh rupaye liye aur ghar bech diya.
4. Asli sach yeh hai ki papa ne koi paise nahi liye aur kisi bhi paper par sign nahi kiya.
5. Hume pata chala hai ki uncle ne papa ki duplicate/forged signature ka istemal kiya, jo clearly fraud aur forgery me aata hai.
6. Ab uncle property ko apna batane ki koshish kar rahe hain.
