Dear Sir,

Limitation Period — You are still within time

Fraud cases follow Section 17 of the Limitation Act:

Limitation starts from the date you discovered the fraud, not from the date of execution.
Since you discovered it only recently, you can still file a case.

Remedies Available to You

(A) File a Suit for Cancellation of Deed

You must file a civil suit in the District Court or Civil Court:

For cancellation of the fraudulent deed

For declaration that the deed is null and void

For permanent injunction to stop them from interfering in your possession

If signatures were forged, the court will treat the deed as void ab initio (invalid from the beginning).
