File a Writ Petition before the concerned High Court
Grounds commonly accepted by Courts:
Mechanical / non-speaking order
No opportunity of personal hearing
Rejection despite compliance documents
Minor curable defects treated as fatal
Violation of NCTE Regulations
Discrimination compared to similarly placed institutions
