Dear Sir,
File an Interlocutory Application (IA) before the Special Court (PMLA) where the complaint is pending.
Prayer (sample) “To direct the Enforcement Directorate to furnish a certified copy of the Prosecution Complaint along with relied-upon documents to the Applicant, who is the victim and main complainant in the predicate offence.”
Attach:
FIR copy showing you as complainant
Proof of identity
Proof that ED complaint arises from the same FIR
Vakalath / memo of appearance (if through advocate)
