► a criminal case under sections 466/468/465/193/196/120B IPC is pending against me, and I am presently on bail. While filling the passport application, the non-disclosure of the said case occurred due to a misunderstanding of the relevant column, without any intention to suppress material facts. I wants my passport for educational purpose and to apply to foreign institute . i had recieved an letter from passport office state that i should give him an explaination within 30 days which was a 1 year ago , what should i do to get a passport
