► I want to purchase a Open plot with survey number 369&370 and plot no 35 which has no case..but with same survey number another plot no 45 has court case..only that plot has court case in that survey number..can I purchase or not tell me

Dear Sir,
Courts treat each plotted site as a separate property, not the entire survey number, unless the case challenges:
Entire survey land ownership, or
Layout formation itself, or
Conversion / acquisition of whole land
