► At Vcare Skin Clinic, the doctor suggested a face treatment costing ₹33,801. Since I did not have the full amount, I took a loan for ₹27,041 and paid ₹6,760 as a down payment. They gave me cosmetic products worth ₹9,786. However, because I am a psychiatric patient, I felt trapped/vulnerable in front of them at that moment.
Later, I informed them that I have difficulty making quick decisions and that I made a mistake that day. I requested a refund. They told me to first foreclose the loan of ₹27,041, after which they would refund ₹24,012. I have not used the cosmetic products and requested them to take the products back and refund the ₹9,786 as well. They agreed to refund the treatment cost (₹24,012) but refused to take back the cosmetics or refund that money.
I have now closed the loan of ₹27,041 and informed them. However, they sent me a form to sign for the ₹24,012 refund. That form states that I did not inform them earlier about my other medical treatments. Is there any legal validity/possibility for me to return the cosmetics and get the full amount of ₹33,801 back?"
