► I am a govt employee. During a joint surprice check in my office the CBI has taken my mobile phone and laptop. And was not returned even after 2 years. No fir has been filed and no seizure memo was issued. I have requested the CBI SP and even their headquarters regarding this no reply has been received is it legal.
