► I bought a new Duke 200 bike (₹2.5 lakh). Within 1 month, ABS failed; service center repaired it. Next month, indicator switch stopped working; repaired again. Later, engine RPM fluctuates and engine stalls. I’ve visited the service center 4 times, but the same issue keeps returning within a month. its not major issue but I’m not satisfied with a new bike having this problem. Can I file a consumer court case?

Initially handover the Bike at the Workshop giving the complaints and then take the acknowledgment of the same. Even then if the problems are not addressed to then you can send a Legal Notice challenging the same
