I'm the plaintiff. I had filed partition suit in July 2021 against my brothers, sisters and purchasers in Ranebennur senior judge court.
Case was referred to Lok Adalat and compromise deed was signed by all parties in Lok Adalat in July 2025 and case was disposed.
We received certified copy of court order to draw decree and compromise deed copy in Aug'25.
Our lawyer told us , the plaintiff to apply for 11E sketch and then we will take decree.
To take 11E sketch our share agri land , first we applied for PODI as a Canal is running in the middle. After podi, land got three survey numbers-our share got two survey numbers and two 11E sketch.
Our lawyer has applied for amendment in decree under section 152. One month over. Judge not given order for amending decree.
We have not given stamp papers and not got original decree as per compromise. We are getting late in obtaining amended decree. We have not taken possession of our share.
Pls let us know, are we moving correctly. Can we take original decree and then apply for correction.
