► My father on law has a property in his native village konkan , and now he is staying with us in Mumbai. He is 79 years old. His 2 brothers are deceased, 2 sisters are deceased, 2 sisters are living. His parents are deceased. Now we want to sell the property for which we need to make an agreement wherein we need noc from all legal & living heirs. Please make an agreement for the same.
