► Hello im buying one property and here is the situation with me showing the chain of transactions on doing title research This is below as per tsr reports and as per registration records Party A bought flat from builder and took loan from bank A Party A sold flat to party B Bank auction sold flat to party C ------------- Now look at the actual scenario Party A bought flat from builder and took loan from bank A Party A was defaulter and bank confiscated the property and sold in action Bank auction sold flat to party B ( current owner) As per sale records there are 2 owners 1st the first purchaser and 2nd the current owner bought from auction ------ Problem im facing Since registration records are showing 3 records on the property TSR report but no sale or deal happened with Party B Probably Party A took some money from Party B and did registration and then defaulted on loan which was auctioned Bank has raised Concern this as missing chain of documents and as registration is for 3 chain of owners but the 2nd sale never happened or no sale deed documents except registration entry I have bank and court orders that was provided me during the auction property purchase My question is - 1-How to rule out the party B registration showing on registration records and on title search 2-And if sale never happened then how can someone go and pay registration fees without payment verification 3-Also bank is raising conflict as party B owners records are not there except from registration records and they are denying to provide loan on that. 4- Also if i want to proceed with home loan what should i do to solve this concern ??
