Dear Client, as per your query, in consumer courts, the usual 2-month scrutiny period is due to the large number of cases, although the initial admission of the case is expected to be faster. You can check your case status on the e-Jagriti portal. If your case is still pending, you may choose to file for an early hearing. Or contact the Registrar of the Commission to expedite the case.
