► I am working International Hotel brand in India as HOD, Earlier I was working in same International brand in Kathmandu, on October 2025 I was transferred from Kathmandu to India, As I joined my office I was not given any Appointment letter no terms and conditions were documented, Due to some Medical emergency of my father I resigned on 30/01/2026, Now the company is saying that I need to give two months notice, I have already served one month notice which is about to end on 28/02/2026, If I don't serve the notice period they will black list me in their portal, Since I don't have any ground document which says that I need to serve two months notice period,
