A PF Member ID (MID) was created under my UAN for HCL Technologies without my actually joining the organization.
I did not participate in or complete the virtual onboarding process, nor did I commence employment with the company at any time.
However, the PF records reflect a Date of Joining as 04 February 2022, which is incorrect.
I have official email confirmation from the HR team stating that I did not join the organization.
There are also email communications confirming that I was marked absent on the intended date of joining.
Despite non-joining, a PF contribution was deposited under my UAN, creating an incorrect service history record.
This erroneous entry is now causing Background Verification (BGV) discrepancies and negatively impacting my career prospects
