My question include civil and criminal matters both.
Note: A partition suit and temporary injunction case is already pending in civil court and it case status is hearing.
When my family is out of station but only my daughter was alone at home, my brother with 35-40 mafia person (led by gangster well known as gangster of the Jharkhand) come to demolition the house with sword, demolition tools, knife, lathis, iron rod and my brother with mafia person beat , harrass, catch hair of my daughter. When I with family returns home the mafia person threats us and when I went sp office (SP directly say it's civil matter go to court) (As i previously told the mafia is too powerful and SP and whole local authorities is compromised) when we final again return to home at night they bring JCB bulldozer to demolition the house while the whole family was inside the house we call 112 many times there response is we have send team to spot and when I call SHO he switch off the mobile. The mafia person lotted all shop items, jellwery, destroyed CCTV camera, all household items.
After the incidents I approach SP office again (SP again refused to act), DC office (DC send complain to SP which is still pending), i complain to ncw but SHO submit a report that no mafia person were there and my brother was with labour reparing the house. But ground reality is that whole house is demolition and they have made me and my family homeless.
When I went to criminal lawyer the lawyer said for strong case I need two independent witness but due to fear of mafia no one is there to give help. In this what shall I do? Please help
