► I have been put on PIP 2nd time falsefully...1st time I agreed coz I had lesser work to handle and show but this time it was not expected.anyways i did not agree and they forced me to. Even after I mailed the HR. While on PIP situations are being created on communication n accountability and role clarity whereas the measureable goals decided are not being touch upon..infact are being ignored. Client positive feedback on my project is also being ignored. They tried manipulating the number of meetings and made it a feedback session not a discussion. They haven't shared the pip document yet. Just making a scene on mails. We finished 2 meetings till now. Now there is a restructuring done and a shuffle done. Even if it's a success she will trouble me. And hr is giving me hints tht it will be either a success or exit. If they force me to resign what should I do. So tht I get the severance n retrenchment compensation.my CTC is 7.42 lpa and number of years of service is 7.5 years in the same company.
