Language institue not Refunding my money as it is non refundable process

► ok so I took admission in a language institute and I paid 31k there but the services were not as promised my timings were called daily as per their convenience and there was no proper batch also my level was B2 but still my classes were taken with A2 and sometimes with B1 and also the teacher's grammar rules did not seem right to me and I knew that all this was wrong so I talked to her but she said our process is non refundable etc etc and you don't have enough knowledge and I've 15 years of teaching experience but I also read their reviews on google the same thing happened with me and I've proof that what I am saying is true but I sent them an email and the only reply I got was that it is non refundable process...and we are not criminals so take legal action whatever you want....
What should I do now because as a student i dont have enough money for petition...lawyers and courts...
