How can I implicate Swiggy for compensation for not delivering product after payment

► I ordered food from Swiggy on 12th April at night but it was not delivered and when I contacted delivery agent he told his vehicle having issues and I should tell him OTP so that he can arrange other person. But when I told him I am coming his place he told ok but when I reached he wasnot here and could not pick up the call. I spoke to Swiggy customer support they told to cancel order but when I tried to cancel it was Zero refund as in the navigation it was showing delivery agent has arrived but actually it was not arrived even in the swiggy app it was showing vehicle was nearby restaurant.
I want to lodge case against swiggy for harrassment . I complained to them but till date no refund made. I don;t want refund rather I need compensation.
