► My mother died 14 days back she died at home of attack 15 minutes time i wascalling ambulance giving her water to drink hot coffee so i didnt know any doctor Societycalled police they took my mother to Sion hospitalwhere she was declared dead doctor did postmortem of body said cause of death heart attack .i creamated her they said show receipt to Bmc your ward they will issue death certificate.What should I do to get her Death certificate. I don't know how to apply for it .please explain
