Dear Client,
It is necessary to check whether there is anything wrong with the appointment of yours depending on which specific caste certificate you have provided as well as the eligibility criteria mentioned in the recruitment notice. In general, in case of a state government job recruitment like the UP police recruitment, those people who have made claims to avail the benefit of reservation need to provide a caste certificate as per the required form and from a relevant authority of the respective state. Merely using a document, termed as central or state certificate, does not make your termination an automatic procedure. It can take place only if it is proved that the certificate is invalid, forged, obtained through illegal means, or is not compliant with the recruitment rules. As you have been recruited and appointed using the certificate, it would be advisable on your part to get a copy of the caste certificate verified by the concerned issuing authority or department.
I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
