I had taken loan from nbfc app of 36,000 in last month, but after due date crossed ,field team and credit team dropping mails individually for payment,field team guy took my loan repayment but credit team person saying why I paid to field team instead of credit team and blocked all my loan txns and said loan repayment is not done and now credit team issued notice to my office for my loan repayment , kindly suggest how to solve this issue
