How to muteshion 2025 year registration in telangana

Mutation is done with:

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), or

Concerned Municipality / Municipal Corporation

Panchayat / Outside GHMC

Mutation is done through:

Dharani Portal (for land & layouts)

Local Gram Panchayat / Tahsildar

For flats, mutation is usually with Municipal authorities, not Tahsildar (unless land records also need updating).

Documents Required (Very Important)

Keep original + 2 sets of copies:

Registered Sale Deed (2025)

Encumbrance Certificate (EC) (till date)

Latest Property Tax Receipt (builder/previous owner)

Occupancy Certificate (OC) / Completion Certificate

Aadhaar & PAN of purchaser

Passport size photo

Mutation Application Form (from GHMC / Municipality)

Society NOC (if applicable)
