► I got a job, for which I was required to perform 100rs non judicial bond.
But the typist at notary shop typed my address wrong and I didn't seee that.
Myself, witness and surety provider hasn't yet signed the bond.
Will I get a new corrected stamp paper or I need to perform rectification deed.

Dear Sir,
Since no one has signed and the document isn't executed yet, the simplest and cleanest option is to get a new ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper and retype the correct content.
The wrongly typed stamp paper will not be valid or used, but it won’t create any legal issues since it was not executed.
Dear Sir,
You can simply purchase a new ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper and retype the correct contents, including your correct address.
Since no one has signed the current bond, it is not a legally binding or executed document.
