► Okay so my mother (50+) is the only working and earning member (who got my deceased father's job). I have a 36 year old sister who has no body disabilities but still completely denies working and earning and supporting either herself or the family, and simply stays at home for the last 14 years... However, in this timespan, she has turned abusive towards my mother, including daily arguments and sometimes even physical too. As a result, my mother has become a BP and a heart patient yet still goes to work everyday.
Is there some civil/legal action we can take to get rid of the sister.
Please help.
