► I am a teller in Bank, if a relative of customer presents a cheque (after demise of a customer) to teller the signature is marched with the specimen provided to bank, teller processed the cheque and completed transaction. Is this legally correct? If not then the teller is liable for the wrong transaction or a person presenting cheque?
