Hi,

If you have all documentation in place. You need to issue a legal/demandnotice first and thereafter proceed as against them by way of filing appropriate cases.

Dear Sir,

Appointment letter / contract

Payslips / bank statements showing past salary payments

Attendance records / work emails proving you worked

Any resignation letter or termination notice

Communication (emails, WhatsApp, letters) showing salary demand & refusal

Send a Legal Notice

Before filing a case, send a salary demand legal notice through an advocate.

Give 7–15 days for payment.

Mention that you will approach court/labour authorities if they fail to pay.

This serves as proof of your attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
