Regarding immediate resignation and leave without notice period

► My concern is , my company is forcing us to work on throughout week including Sunday, when I ask for leave they refuse to provide leave. So I want resign and leave immediately without serving my 2 months notice Period. Can I do it or company can take legal action against me.
